Happy with the quality
I was nervous after ordering because I then read some reviews below. My order however came promptly. The quality is good, the sizing accurate. I am happy with my purchase. I didn’t have to attempt a return which after reading reviews on returns, purchasing more items makes me apprehensive, plus this is a Chinese based clothing company and I have had poor experiences in the past myself with returns to Chinese based clothing brands. Returning goods overseas ( I’m in Australia) can be expensive and as a customer you want the process to be seamless and not costly, so customer support is important.It is unclear if in Australia your return would need to be to China or the Sydney based store. I would like to read some positive reviews on returns prior to further purchases. Due to the negative reviews on customer service I won’t purchase again to avoid disappointment.
