Forced to Pay for missing food
HelIo, this is about Doordash stealing money from my family, this order is ffrom Sunday 7/5/2026. I ordered from Chili's at 5:25, order was supposed to arrive at 6:00 - 6:15 it arrived at 7 pm and we only 3 out the 7 items, the other items were ice cold and not edible. I messaged DoorDash immediately that evening in their app and they told me I would get refund of $87 out $110 for the missing and late items. They told me that I could expect the refund in 3 to 5 business days. I still didn't have the refund on 7/17/2026 , so I called their customer service line and he told me he couldn't help me since someone credited me $9 by mistake and that it was outside of 3 days so his hands are tied, this is crazy and I deserve better.
