Product works but could use better instructions
Initially, I could not get the product working following the provided instructions. I took config screenshots and sent them to the company's support email (which wasn't provided in the instructions). They replied in a few days and their suggestion worked and I was able to get it working. I'm sure the issue I had is common and the provided instructions could benefit from the inclusion of such tips to avoid customer support communication. The product works well enough and as expected.
