Abysmal dealing with customer DIS service
Abysmal customer service. It took me 4 months many calls even more emails to change my surname due to marriage. No one knew what was really required. You never got the same person reply to any communication I had to send my id and marriage cert 3 times I had to send forms more than once and then today they couldn’t find my driving licence Thanks to Karmen Wonderli today it finally got resolved after yet another sending in of driving licence So much training is needed here people of phones need to know what is required. not once was I called to help in the process. This should have been 1 email from me to do Poor !!!!!
