product didnt work and i didnt get a refund
I asked for a refund because the product didnt even work how i needed it to, not recovering the files i needed, and they still refused despite me having no use for it. i dont doubt most of these reviews are bought because what a terrible business practice. i will NEVER use another product by these people again.
