I order from Amazon frequently
I order from Amazon frequently. Lately what ever I order comes in twos. I get one delivered and then low and behold another one shows up for no reason because I only ordered one! I have been good enough to return the extra items I did not order previously. Then I ordered a vacuum. It's heavy and expensive. Over $400.00. I got one and then the next day another one showed up!! Now they have put over another $400 on my credit card! And the item is very heavy and I can't carry it! I am 74 yrs old and disabled so I can't take this someplace to return it! I told the driver and he took it but told me to cancel it online. You can't, you have to call. I called and got India. I could not understand the person and she had me on the phone for over an hour. I asked to speak to an American. No can do, they say they do not have the ability to transfer me to an American. So I'm stuck with these people who I can't understand, who don't understand me and the lie too! They told me they will cancel it and it won't be delivered again. WRONG! Then I get an email telling me they had a problem with today's delivery (yeah because I sent it back with the driver because I never ordered a second one!) and the $425 would be refunded in 5-7 business days! WHAT?? I don't have the product, I never ordered it, and you are holding my money! That is outright theft! Amazon's customer service totally sucks! And they should be investigated! They are using my money and I don't even have anything to show for it! This is wrong! It MUST be against the law! It has to be! Amazon should be investigated by our government!
