Slow response for claims.
I was very pleased with ASPCA for past paymjents but this year, they seem to be either behind or ignoring claims. I submitted a claim, with more to go and It has been in a que for three weeks. there is no way to get in touch with them except during the week when I am working so writing this to get their attention, perhaps. They raised my premium $31.00 so it seems like things should be going faster. I am worried if I put in the rest of the claims they will raise the premium again. As a retired person, that would make this premium similar to my medicare premium and supplemental. Hope to hear from them soon.
