I purchased the most expensive package to restore some corrupt files. Once I paid I was not provided any information to log in on the downloaded software, therefore I was unable to even use the expensive software that I purchased. I tried numerous times to request a call from the company and only received emails. One of the main reasons I purchased was because it showed that they provide customers service by phone. That's not true at all. They want me to go through the trouble of trying to communicate a line of issues back and forth via email, that's not practical, especially when it takes 12 hours to receive a reply. I have requested a refund multiple times, but there is no use. I basically waisted over $100 for absolutely nothing. AVOID THIS COMPANY
