Better than Smok
I got a Geekvape to replace my Smok. It only been a week but I'm very happy with the product it seems much higher quality than Smok. For someone who works in customer service the reviews here are pretty disturbing. I wouldnt expect vape company to have great SLAs of even direct access to email/phone/chat support. The fact that so many are trashing is I'm sure a real experience, but keep in mind the people who seek out to write reviews are typically only those that are upset! I wouldnt have written if otherwise not feeling like this company/product is getting a bit of a raw deal. I'll update if changes, but my Smok broke down after 2 months. Geekvape seems like a premium upgrade so far!
