Very poor refund experience, they sided with the sellers more than buyers when it is obviously a wrong/no delivery
Used to like Lazada over other platforms. Not anymore ! Twice i ordered items from Taobao through Lazada; items damaged, wrong colour delivered, no item delivered and Lazada just couldnt understand and processed just partial refund. They fail to read carefully what customer ordered and what are delivered or not delivered. Nor do they seek to clarify with you. Time to move on to another platform! Plenty to.choose from!

Products commitment and service delivery can be better
Like that Fairprice offers online grocery delivery. Their prices are generally more reasonably priced. What I like to suggest is Fairprice improve on their app service to allow additional orders or make amendments directly. Another very disappointing service is they let me know items not available only on the day of delivery. Out of 11 items ordered, 3 were not available on the day they were supposed to deliver. It frustrate you that another trip need to be made when you need the items on that day. Why then do you allow me to select the items in the 1st place? Fairprice need to improve on its service delivery and products commitment to compete with the other online merchants.
