I NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I strongly recommend checking Hostek’s renewal and cancellation terms very carefully. Hostek charged me on 11 July 2026 for a new annual service period beginning on 31 July. I cancelled on 12 July, selected immediate cancellation, and Hostek confirmed that the service was cancelled. Hostek nevertheless refused to refund the annual payment and offered only account credit for future Hostek services, despite my clearly stating that I was leaving the company and had no use for credit. Hostek relied on terms requiring cancellation at least one month before renewal, while also taking renewal payments 20 days before the new period. In my case, cancelling one day after payment and before the renewed period began was considered too late. This is my personal, documented experience. I would not use Hostek again.
