Faulty under warranty, and I'm the one paying to send it back
My Roborock Saros 10 (ordered October 2025, order 5208) stopped working while still under warranty. The diagnosis side was handled fine, no complaint there. The return is where it falls apart. What they sent me is a scan code, not a printable label, and it only works if I take the parcel to a drop-off shop myself. The robot plus its dock is one box of around 20kg. I can't carry that to a parcel shop, and I don't have a printer at home either, so the printerless drop-off is the only route their code allows. I asked them to arrange a collection from my address instead. They said no. So I'm left booking and paying for it myself. DPD quote me 14 pounds for a collection, or 59 pounds if I want the machine covered anywhere near the 1,200 pounds I paid for it. Either way I'm out of pocket to return a device that failed on its own, inside its warranty period. Sorting out a collection would have cost them one email. Happy to update this review if they do.
