The no-reply problem
A short while go I purchased one product from iHerb. Now I get emails from no-reply addresses asking for a review There is no way to stop these emails on their website If I try to unsubscribe If I try to login In fact if I try anything I get caught by their prove I am a human and not a bot - this does not work!! So I have no way to contact iHerb It has wasted a whole lot of my time Here is the info requested, now you know what it is like not being able to communicate Order #: 554048834 Delivered on: Jul 20 The only help I want is for no more emails!!! Also I feel I need compensation for my wasted time Well we will see if I get anymore emails or not It would have been so much better if you had fixed the bugs on your website that would not let me past the I am not a bot process. Then I could have controlled my own preferences. All in all a bad experience from beginning to end one star is too good. Also no offer of compensation! fpr my wasted time
