Refund Request
Although I like the products, especially the moisturizer, I can't afford it at this time. I requested a refund of my membership monthly fee. I talked to Mahad about it and he explained about the non-refund policy. Instead he gave me $100 credit to use on any DermaDream product. I was very satisfied with his solution.
