You can trust you politicians better
After multiple correspondences over an extended period of time, I was repeatedly promised a refund that was never issued. Despite following up numerous times and being assured that the matter would be resolved, no refund was ever provided. In addition to the refund issue, this company has a long pattern of undelivered promises that span years. Commitments are made, deadlines are given, and assurances are repeated—but there’s always excuses and endless setbacks. Communication often sounds reassuring at first, yet no meaningful action follows. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Potential customers should proceed with caution and be aware that refunds and promised deliverables may not be honored, even after prolonged communication.
