Beautiful high quality bathroom cabinets & smart mirror sets x 2
Would definitely purchase again from High Qlo. I purchased two custom bathroom cabinet vanities with smart mirror sets. I modified the lengths of both cabinets as well as the placement of the sink. Instead of having a centered position sink, I had the sink positioned on the right side of one cabinets. To be honest it took me a long time to build confidence to trust this company before spending thousands of dollars here because I could not find any good reviews from other customers who purchased in the United States. I searched thru Reddit, Amazon, Facebook & Instagram but only saw a couple reviews… all negative in terms of quality and delivery times. But I couldn’t find any cabinets as beautiful, high tech, and customizable for sale in US for such affordable prices. So I took a chance and built my trust by communicating directly with them. The only way to communicate was through their chat bot on their website and via email. They are very responsive through email but you’ve gotta be patient with approximately a 12 hour delay due to the time change in China. I had a ton of questions and they answered every one of them. I planned to use my own faucets instead of the one it comes with so I asked for a discount. I also asked for a discount for purchasing two cabinets / mirrors sets. They agreed and provided me a respectable discount. I placed my order Friday 6/26 but realized I needed to make a change on Mon 6/29 which they were able to accommodate. They said to expect delivery in approx 4-5 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order within 4 weeks on 7/28. I did not get advanced notification that the shipment left China but did receive a 1 day advanced notification to schedule delivery time from freight forwarder company to ensure someone home to sign for the crates the following day. The cabinets and mirrors were very well packaged in two giant wooden crates with custom styrofoam inserts carefully surrounding & protecting each piece. All necessary parts arrived needed for installation as well. The plug for the smart mirror had to be modified by my contractor to accommodate USA electrical but he was able to hardwire it instead of plug it in. All in all I am very happy with my experience and especially with the cabinets and mirrors. If I can share photos in this review I will. If not look for my reviews w photos on Reddit, FB, Insta.
