They don’t even want clients… apparently..?
I began filling the questionnaire to potentially become a client. This required 2FA, but the email never came. I reached out to Better Help, I received a response the next day to say they wouldn’t be taking any further UK applications for therapists, but thanks for applying. Heads up: UK Therapists - Better Help aren’t taking on right now. I wasn’t applying, but just in case you folks were looking. All others - Better Help don’t read their emails very well, so you might want to spend your hard earned cash finding somewhere who bother - particularly with this being in the mental wellness space and all that. Imagine needing genuine help and rather than safe signposting, you get “sorry, we aren’t taking on right now”. You’ll get better help from anywhere other than Better Help.
