I had an absolutely awful experience with Beauty House and would warn anyone to stay away from ordering from them. The Mistake: I ordered two jars of Philosophy Hope In A Jar for Women (Order BH100165830). Instead, they sent the completely wrong product—Living Grace firming body emulsion . The Hassle: After contacting customer service, I was forced to send extensive photographic proof of the items, packaging, and packing slip to get a return label. I promptly sent it back, explicitly stating that I wanted the correct item I paid for. The "Resolution": Instead of sending my correct order, they arbitrarily processed a refund without any explanation. When I followed up, they told me they couldn't complete the exchange. The Final Insult: They didn't even give me a full refund! They withheld the $6.99 shipping charge and the $2.76 REDO package protection fee, claiming these are "non-refundable service fees". Beauty House sent the wrong items through no fault of my own, left me completely empty-handed, and then literally charged me nearly $10 out of my own pocket for their shipping mistake. Their customer service is rigid, unhelpful, and completely unfair. Save yourself the headache and buy your products elsewhere!
