Stressful experience
I ordered a Try On bridemaid dress. I wanted to keep it and so tried to purchase it online but the website didn't allow me. I contacted them asking for help as if you don't return it you get charged for it and for a 'replacement' (so assuming you get charged twice?). After several emails when nobody could help I decided to return the dress but it has not arrived to the address in the return!!! What is going on????
