Zero stars!!! Ok, for first. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. One cheaper,($78.24.) Second pair was($234.00.) We paid separate shipping for each pair. Understanding the more expensive pair would take time. And also with the understanding the less expensive pair would arrive within 7 to ten days, per your website. After three and a half weeks we called your company and had discouragement. VS Eyewear explained that their lab was behind. And had not started production. At that time we asked for a refund. They blatantly denied the refund, saying lenses were in process and once they were in process there was no refund. Finally after five weeks of waiting. And listening to factitious and belittling responses from Mike DeMasi and Tara Demasi. I received one pair of glasses (the cheaper ones.) That were to order. The more expensive ones were most definitely not! We ordered 47-16-130 for both. And recieved not that. This company is seething with incompetence. And knowing the arrogance of the owners of this company, and having the displeasure of concordance. I doubt that they have the ability to reconcile.
