Unreliable, Use a bigger company
I had near constant issues with the esim. It did not immediately work like my esims from nomad and airlo, and took about a day for support to workout what was wrong. In the span of a month, the esim stopped working 2 times as well. The support on the website is very slow and takes at least an hour per response, but they are faster over whatsapp. They worked through a lot of steps to resolve issues which took a long time, so each time I lost my sim for a day. Ultimately, I just want the esim to reliably work, which this did not.
