Its now a week and there is no concrete answer from Panda remit about when they will return my money

Hi I executed a transfer to India
Hi I executed a transfer to India, after 1 day when I connected to the cc team..they told me that there is some issue with Europe remittance to India. They assured me that my money will get returned to my German account in 3 business days however today is 4th day and I still did not recieve my money. Also, there is no direct contact number for customer service
