Rude, unprofessional sales rep.
Had a guy from ADT come by today, August 30, 2026. I informed him that I wasn't interested. I then said I wouldn't use ADT anyway since I use other options. I said, 'Thank you for stopping by, though,' and reached out to shake his hand. He turned and walked away. I thought maybe he didn't see it, but then he said, 'If you're not interested in ADT, I'm not interested in shaking your hand.' I couldn't believe it. I've never been so disrespected by a salesman. If these are the people ADT is using to sell their products, they must not want to sell much.
