Mari did an outstanding job of helping me replace a hard-to-locate burner cover for my firepit. She was very professional and personable in both our conversations and e-mails. I have dealt with Starfire Direct for several years and placed various orders and have not once been disappointed. I would highly recommend this company as well as giving accolades to Mari for her excellent work.
