This is a complaint. On 14 Feb I bought a package (tablet + pen + shipping insurance + 2 yrs warranty). Even today's I don't have all the items with me. The tracking won't work. I asked for a full refund and the answer is always to have patience and wait... The price on the Doogeemal website is wrong ... as result I needed to pay +20 € than the displayed ... and of course this isn't related with taxes. My decision to buy this package was a bad one. The tablet based on specs has very bad performance. From what I can I will share my opinion, reviews, etc to everyone I can in all the places I could to be sure other customers won't make the same mistake as me. If that depends on me DOOGEE will be closed today. I am tired of bad service, bad quality.
