Withdrawn item reversed with no explanation
withdrew an item from Hellcase to my Steam inventory — an AWP | Chrome Cannon with a genuinely good float. Days later, the trade tied to this withdrawal was reversed and the item was pulled back out of my inventory, with zero warning and zero explanation. For a site of Hellcase's size, this is unacceptable. I've reached out through a support ticket asking for a clear justification of why this happened and for compensation for the inconvenience, but so far I have no real answer. If you can lose an item you already withdrew — with no notice — that's a serious trust issue for anyone using this platform. I'll update this review if Hellcase actually resolves it, but as of now I can't recommend using this site for withdrawals. ticket: #588737
