Disappointed, letdown, and hurt
I paid 2400 for a a return ticket. I needed to change my date because my mother was ill. They then tried to charge me 1100 more I ended up getting a single ticket back from NZ for 600 pounds on line. Absolutely disappointed with this company I will never ever use them again. To add the flexible, tickets are anything but flexible your best off just buying online at least the airline dealing with them directly. You can read the small print.
