Please, I’m begging you please do not spend your money with these people. I never received my product. I showed them multiple emails with the FedEx and UPS people. I never received my product ever. They do not take responsibility or accountability for anything. They try to blame it on the customer, they don’t try to give you any kind of reassurance that you’re gonna get your money back now I’m out $182 and no product at all this company is terrible. I do not know what’s going on with these hair companies these days but they are absolutely scammers. Save your money run.

This is the worst experience that I have had QVR Hair are just some of the worst hair stores ONLINE ever they make you pay for returns and the issue I’m having is that I have not received my product and I ordered my hair extensions June 4 and now they’re telling me I won’t receive it until June 18. This is ridiculous and then on top of that I can’t get in contact with the people who are delivering my product. Their phone number and address does not exist. I’ve tried reaching out to QBR via WhatsApp that doesn’t work and when I do email them, it takes them 3 to 4 days to even get back to me. I wish I had trusted the reviews when I read them the first time because I have to go buy hair from somewhere else just to get my hair done for my hair appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please people save your money. Buy your hair from either your hairstylist or a hair store because QVR bad Business. June 4th to waiting until June 18th or 20th is sad . Still haven’t received
