I would give this a 0 star. This company uses a 3rd party (Uber) delivery service. This was told to me by the agent I spoke with over the phone. 1st thing agent said "There is no picture" (Proof of delivery). US Bank Tower building. Which is a highly secured building. They had check cameras within an hour period before and after supposed delivery and nothing. Nobody showed up to deliver. The excitement of getting a special delivery is something my newly fiancé didn't get to experience.
