The chat experience is not great, appointments not available in near future
The chat experience is not great. Many times it takes hours to get response back. Another issue is that support staff appointments weren’t available until one week in the future which left me without rotis for one week. But once we got on the Google meeting as scheduled, support staff was very responsive, knowledgeable and cooperative.
