Earrings are beautiful but shipping was a nightmare. I ordered earrings early June and they arrived a month and a half later. The first package was lost so they needed to resend another package. Bottom line is the earrings are great, but if you're in a rush to receive your order I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company. I ordered my earrings from Spain, company is in Slovakia, the order should not have taken as long as it did. On their website it states orders made in Europe should take 5-9 days to arrive. Mine took a month and a half. Customer service was quick to respond, however, I feel the emails were generic copy and paste responses. I won't order from them again, even though I really like my earrings. Reply to response***" You sent the exact same response to another customer.. copy and paste.
