Email service down again, cannot login account for support cos the 2FA (email and sms) of the main site is also down.

SERVER WENT INTO MAINTENANCE WITHOUT NOTICE, ALMOST DOWN FOR 2 DAYS DURING WEEKDAYS INSTEAD OF FOLLOWING BASIC STANDARD PRACTICE OF DOING TECH MAINTENANCE DURING WEEKENDS!

Very slow support. Double charged, Requested for refund. Emailed support/sales, 3 days, no reply. Called, normal support cannot handle cancel or refund. Assigned special case #, till now, no one follow up. Hope will be resolved soon. Latest update: Acknowledged the mistake but still refuse to refund!
Slowewwwww support and price increase!
Very slow to get back on anything... every problem must be resolved via higher tier plan. Not willing to help... i think all support converted to sales to push customers to pay up instead of upgrading its own servers... almost like no support.. 10 days... still checking on it..... in 5 days, i will be losing my domain, pls do something!
