Slow shipping and slow customer service
The shipping is really slow. It says 5-7 days but actually took over 3 weeks. Customer service needs to reply back faster. Overall not satisfied.

Very poor customer service, do not recommend
It takes two weeks to receive the product. Contact customer service for return, did not hear anything back. Poor service.
