Overall good experience, with some strange thing
I've made two large purchases on ETOREN, and overall, everything went smoothly. The orders were shipped via DHL and arrived very quickly. One order took longer since, apparently, one item didn't arrive in their warehouse (I reached out to their support and they responded briefly). But once shipped it arrived quickly. One strange thing is the extra "shipping insurance" which supposedly promises a replacement device if one arrives defective. I paid 60$ in additional to shipping for this out of concern that they would give me trouble if an item arrives defective. This is an unusual practice, especially since shipping is expensive and provided by DHL.
