BUYER BEWARE- Fraudulent business that holds onto your credit card information and ships you filters stating you had a subscription
Saw on my bank statement that Filter buy charge me for 6 air filters stating it was for my "annual subscription". I emailed them telling them I never authorized this and would never subscribe to an annual shipment and to send me a return label so that I may ship back and get a refund issued. They said they would "cancel" this subscription but I would have to ship the items back on my dime. This was a very large package. They must be doing awfully bad to charge a credit card an UNAUTHORIZED amount of $87.34. Will be calling the BBB on them as they kept on credit card information for them to use at their discretion with the excuse of a "subscription" that they were readily happy to "cancel". I put in a dispute with my Bank and will have them blocked from ever using my credit card information again. Do not give this company your credit credentials as they are scammers.
