I purchased 10 packs of Afro bulk…
I purchased 10 packs of Afro bulk bundles for micro locs installation. The hair is very soft I’m not sure if it sheds or not being that I haven’t used it as of yet. The shopping process was excellent I received my items in less than a week. I hoping my hair turns out good as I plan to purchase again from qrv again. August 25,2025 Update: after receiving the beautiful bundles from qvr I decided to return all 10 packs being that my beautician said I purchased too many bundles. Also instead of styling my hair in ombre colors which is what I purchased,I decided on going with natural color black. With that being said I just received a partial refund from qvr instead of a full refund. I was informed that they only received 9 packs of hair instead of 10 and they kept $87 of my $427 refund. I was appalled being that I sent all 10 bundles in the same packaging it was sent to me in. I can’t believe Qvr has accused me of keeping 1 bundle which is most definitely false ! I sent them pictures repeatedly at their request of all the bundles that I was sending back along with each bar code. I had no use for any of the hair and all was returned except one pack ?! This is fraud and qvr’s way of keeping part of my refund I guess for their inconvenience. However it shouldn’t be an inconvenience to them at all, if a customer wants to make return it’s our right and we should get a full refund as it states in their policy. My biggest issue is qvr lied stating they only received 9 bundles when all bundles were returned together. I’m so disappointed and disgusted with qvr for creating this false information about me just to keep part of my $427 refund. Qvr has good quality hair from what I saw in the package just make sure when you order you’re not going to return or you will most likely get no refund or a partial refund. I learned this from reading reviews after my purchase unfortunately. Don’t make the same mistake I made. I plan to dispute this with my bank if in the end it doesn’t turn out in my favor that’s God plan and I will accept it. However I will rather live in truth instead of lies as qvr customer service will have to live with. I will never ever order from qvr again and will continue to warn others on how they scam and lie on their customers. BUYERS BEWARE!! 9/2/25 Update: After filing a dispute with my bank by the Grace of God they ruled in my favor. I received the remaining balance of my refund the same day. The next day I received an email from Qvr stating after checking their surveillance footage the 10th bundle they claim I kept has been found, and they will be refunding the remaining balance. In all honesty my bank was the one who made the decision to refund the remaining balance based on their investigation. During the investigation my bank put a freeze on the funds and Qvr sent me an email stating if I agree to remove this negative review they will refund me once my bank lifts the freeze. UNBELIEVABLE !!! Again I was appalled and sent that email to my bank showing them how Qvr was trying to bribe me. Overall I’m very happy with the end result. This situation was stressful and time consuming, I will never ever order another product from Qvr again.
