They sent me a coupon which I went in the store and purchased product and tried to redo the coupon and the person working at the checkout, tried to scan it, and it didn’t work and when asked about it, her response was take it up with Home Depot. I then went down to customer service and tried to get an answer there and got pretty much the same answer there they have no idea what’s going on. It should work take it up with Home Depot. I called the one 800 number for Home Depot that transferred around and put on hold wasted 25 minutes with no response and hung up the Home Depot and it’s location in Elyria Ohio are some of the worst customer service of any retail establishment. We have a Lowe’s on the other side of the highway literally a couple minutes away, and they actually care about their customers.
