I’m posting this on behalf of my friend. Very disappointed with this company. I paid $103 for a trunk mat that arrived with major creases after waiting a month for it to be shipped from China. After multiple emails, customer service admitted the creasing is caused by the way they package and ship their mats and even stated that a replacement would likely have the same issue. Despite acknowledging this, they refused to issue a full refund and offered only a $10 goodwill refund. It’s hard to believe a company that has been in business for 7 years still ships its products this way and refuses to stand behind them. I would not recommend buying from Luxus Car Mats.
