Bob's has THEE worst customer service…
Bob's has THEE worst customer service of all-time here in Milwaukee. since purchasing my bed, i have had problem after problem with very little in the sense of resolution. i was forced to miss work and inconvenience others to accomodate a delivery that after waiting for hours (after a "you're next on the delivery list" call) that my products were never even on the truck for the day. then after waiting extra days, i get a mattress that wasn't even what i ordered. then i'm told it was an error by the sales associate to tell me that what i was promised, wasn't even available. delivery driver offered me an "on the side" deal for cash and now when the adjustable base doesn't work, they have "technical difficulties" that won't allow them to assist me. what kind of racket is Bob's running?? i would DEFINITELY discourage anyone from spending with Bob's as this nightmare just doesnt seem to end!
