Don't know how they got all these 5 star reviews. I transferred AUD 1500 3 days back, yesterday the status on the app said delivered. But the money has not reached the bank in Philippines. Today on contacting support over the app, I am told that anything over 50,000 pesos will take 2-3 days. So already delivered status on the app as opposed to 2-3 days by the online support. I was forced to use WU to transfer money as it was urgently needed, needless to say the money reached the Philippines bank in 5 minutes. Will update here as things progress. Edit 6:52 PM, 5 hours 40 minutes after initial chat with online support. I was told that the money would be in the recipients bank in 2 hours. Still nothing. Just contacted online support and they request bank statement from 26/07 to 03/08 from recipients bank. Beating around the bush has started. I had sent 2 emails to serviceatpandaremit.com. first one 24 hours ago and the second 5 hours back. No response. 04/08/2023 : Finally got the money after over 2 days. Very bad experience even with help desk. Why go through all this trouble when WU and RIA deposit the money in minutes. I will never use this service again.
