My order is still awaiting shipment
Order TMT00096325 is still awaiting shipment as of August 3rd, 2023. Considering your stock says 9998 in stock, I know it's not a stock issue, I ordered this on July 25th, 2023 for my birthday and it hasn't shipped yet. I sent an email inquiring about it and wasn't responded to. This is my first experience with your company and I'm very disappointed. If it isn't shipped soon, I will dispute this with my bank and get my money back.
