Uncertain at first
At first, I was uncertain - I seldom use such services and when I do, it's usually with a recommendation of a friend. However, I wanted one item from Carousell and ForwardBuy offered the service I needed. The item arrived to me in around 2 weeks, the customer service quickly replied to all the questions I had about the order and everything was clearly presented. Definitely a positive experience worth a 5*.
