I purchased a trimmer and there was an issue with the locking button not releasing. They were accommodating to both (1) replacing the trimmer without additional hassle and (2) giving me options since the trimmer I purchased was a limited edition. Overall they were very helpful and I appreciate how easy they made everything to fix the problem.
This company is either a complete or partial scam. I ordered two (2) Christmas sweaters on 12.05.25 (Order number GK143171), with the expectation that they would at least ship by today 12.18.25. They have not shipped yet, and when I received a notification that there was a delay in shipping I reached out requesting an estimated date. They asked for my (1) order number, (2) email address, and (3) purchase date. Their original e-mail, to me, obviously included my (1) email address, and (2) order number, and I then provided the (3) purchase date. Haven't heard back from them since, and all of their emails are robotic and say “customer” (which includes other bad reviews I have seen on here.)
