i ordered almost 3 month ago, my received machine was broken asked for replacement while wanting an upgrade, and paying for it, sent back the broken machine then NOTHING, as of today (3 months later) did not receive the printer, and raised the issue with my credit card because they refuse to reimbursing citing in transit issues. Look my advise to you first creality should rename themselves Cruelty, this is a bad company, bad service, bad printers, they check nothing before sending, the worse of the worse. Don't send money to this company. Order on Amazon instead.
