Professional and Accommodating
The price for the pool heater was the lowest I could find. The on-line ordering procedure was straight forward and convenient. I inquired about an expedited delivery, and I was answered immediately. I was told 7-10 days, but they would try to speed up the delivery. About one hour after I placed my order on-line, Namco called to inform me that I would receive the heater the next day (less than 24 hours). The heater was actually delivered the following morning. The delivery personnel were polite and accommodating. Everyone I dealt with at Namco were professional, friendly and accommodating.
