Warm, safe, fun service!
My wife and I received a call from Surya shortly after landing in Denpasar for our honeymoon. He warmly welcomed us to Bali and scheduled a meeting the next morning to discuss activities and interesting sites to visit. We’re so glad he came to meet us because 45 minutes later we had mapped out the next 2 weeks. We can’t praise highly enough the excellent service from our driver, Nengah who was always ready with a bottle of water and an immaculate car. We always felt safe and appreciated his flexibility when plans changed slightly. Our tour guides Ica and Arie were easy to talk to, spoke excellent English, and without a doubt made our experience so much more meaningful. From them, we learnt a lot about Balinese culture. We’d also like to acknowledge Putra, Buddhi and Komang for looking after us. Everyone we met from the Discova team was friendly, kind and warm.
