Fantastic customer service that I could not fault. I purchased an eSIM in the UK for India in arrival to India I was struggling to set up the sim, I contacted customer service on the live chat who guided me through the process with screen shots and messages. I would like to point out the problem was my lack of technical knowledge but with the help they provided my sim is now up and running. Superb customer service and a company I will highly recommend to others.
