From beginning to end
From beginning to end, legendary customer service! Stephenee was my intake rep and she thoroughly listened to my needs for my aunt and provided several great places to check out. She followed up and offer to be an intermediary on anything I needed such as rescheduling, price comparison and considerations and overall support. We ended up choosing Resorts@Augsburg
