Extremely disappointed with my recent IHerb experience. I received a large order that was not packed securely and the majority of items were moderately to severely damaged with some even leaking. I was denied a request to receive a refund or have damaged items replaced, although I submitted all information that was requested including multiple detailed photos. I had no option to speak with a real human with ability to reason, only an AI chat, and all attempts were futile. I will not be ordering from IHerb again and certainly will not be recommending them, as I did for years to friends and family when I was ordering through Vitacost.
