I contacted Mary about the details for my dream doll. She is very knowledgeable about silicone dolls, and what options are offered from the different brands of dolls they carry. Their website is easy to navigate, and descriptive. Mary and I chose all of the details and I placed the order. I received the doll aproximatly 3 weeks after ordering. It arrived packaged well with no damage. This real lady 170cm is amazing, like a peice of art. I will order my next doll from them again.
